BIRMINGHAM

One the Birmingham’s most iconic buildings, The Grand on Colmore Row has undergone an award-winning restoration to include shops and offices; and at its heart will be a new, 180-room hotel with ballroom, restaurant and bar, spa and rooftop infinity pool.

Considered one of the best interwar classical buildings in the country’ by Historic England, the former Martins Bank headquarters in Liverpool was designed by Herbert Rowse and will be converted into a 150-room luxury hotel, with a spa, pool, restaurants and bars.
